| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2253 on page 8, |

| immediately below line 19, by inserting the following:

| "Section 92. Exemptions. This Act does not apply to any |
| 5 |
| bank, savings and loan association, credit union, sales finance |
| 6 |
| agency, licensee under the Real Estate License Act of 2000, |
| 7 |
| licensee under the Residential Mortgage License Act of 1987, or |
| 8 |
| insurance company or any of their subsidiaries that are |
| 9 |
| organized, chartered, or holding a certificate of authority to |
| 10 |
| do business under the laws of this State or any other state or |
| 11 |
| under federal law.".
