| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2295 on page 2, by |

| replacing lines 10 and 11 with the following:

| "exceed $1.25 per page for any copies made from microfiche,
or |

| microfilm, or an "electronic record", as that term is defined |
| 6 |
| in Section 5-105 of the Electronic Commerce Security Act), and |
| 7 |
| actual shipping costs. These rates shall be"; and

| on page 4, by replacing line 17 with the following: |
