Appropriates $1 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for its implementations and findings.  Effective July 1, 2005.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5.  The amount of $1, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the implementation of the findings of the community integrated living arrangement (CILA) nursing services reimbursement working group for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
