    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2554 on page 1, by

replacing line 6 with the following:

"adding Section 16G-35 as follows:"; and

on page 4,  line 26, by inserting "fraudulently" after "of"; and

on page 4, line 35, by inserting after "person" the following:

"and with the intent to commit or to aid or abet another in 
8
committing any felony theft or other felony violation of State 
9
law"; and

on page 9, by replacing lines 2 through 16 with the following:

    "Sec. 16G-35. Exemptions, relation to other laws.".
