| AN ACT concerning State government.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Department of Public Health Powers and |

| Duties Law of the
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is |
| 6 |
| amended by adding Section 2310-391 as follows:
|

| (20 ILCS 2310/2310-391 new) |
| 8 |
| Sec. 2310-391. Meningitis; educational materials. The |
| 9 |
| Department shall develop educational materials on meningitis |
| 10 |
| for distribution in elementary and secondary schools.
|
| 11 |
| Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 12 |
| becoming law.
