| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2872, AS AMENDED, |

| with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. |

| 1, as follows:

| on page 1, line 6, by changing "parking" to "an airport or |

| parking"; and
|
| 7 |
| on page 1, line 8, by replacing "exempt." with the following: |
| 8 |
| "exempt. For the purpose of this item (2), "airport" does |
| 9 |
| not include any airport property, as defined under Section |
| 10 |
| 10 of the O'Hare Modernization Act. |
| 11 |
| Any transaction described under item (2) of this subsection |
| 12 |
| must be undertaken in accordance with all appropriate federal |
| 13 |
| laws and regulations.".
