| with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. |

| 1, on page 2, in line 30, after "Act", by inserting "or the |

| Telephone Company Act"; and

| on page 2, below line 32, by inserting the following: |

| "(7) Development of (i) a historic resource, as defined |
| 8 |
| in Section 3 of the Illinois State Agency Historic |
| 9 |
| Resources Preservation Act, (ii) a landmark designated as |
| 10 |
| such under a local ordinance, or (iii) a contributing |
| 11 |
| structure within a local landmark district listed on the |
| 12 |
| National Register of Historic Places; if the proposed |
| 13 |
| development requires that the property be preserved as a |
| 14 |
| historic resource, local landmark, or contributing |
| 15 |
| structure.".
