| WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report |

School Code Mandates, dated February 28, 2006, |

| with the Senate, the House of
Representatives, and the |

| Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section
2-3.25g |

| of the School Code; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES |

| CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by Huntley CSD 158 - |
| 11 |
| Kane, McHenry with respect to a statement of affairs, |
| 12 |
| identified in the report filed by the State Board of Education |
| 13 |
| as request WM100-3734-1, is disapproved; and be it further
|
| 14 |
| RESOLVED, That the waiver request made by Aurora West USD |
| 15 |
| 129 - Kane with respect to a statement of affairs, identified |
| 16 |
| in the report filed by the State Board of Education as request |
| 17 |
| WM100-3748, is approved for only two years and disapproved for |
| 18 |
| the remaining 3 years; and be it further

| RESOLVED, That the waiver request made by Warren THSD 121 - |
| 20 |
| Lake with respect to driver education, identified in the report |
| 21 |
| filed by the State Board of Education as request WM100-3762, is |
| 22 |
| approved for only one year and disapproved for
the remaining 4 |
| 23 |
| years.
