| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| learned with sadness of the death of Patricia "Pat" Dickerson |
| 4 |
| of Harrisburg on May 18, 2005; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Mrs. Dickerson was born January 10, 1943, in |
| 6 |
| Pontiac, Michigan, to Robert and Trecia (Rose) Evans; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, In January of 1997, she married Grover Dickerson |
| 8 |
| in Harrisburg; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, She was a loan analyst for Farm Credit Services, |
| 10 |
| and was a very active member of McKinley Ave. Baptist Church in |
| 11 |
| the puppet program and landscaping committee; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Patricia "Pat" Dickerson is felt by |
| 13 |
| all who knew and loved her, especially her husband, Grover; her |
| 14 |
| mother, Trecia Evans; her son, Randall (Lori) Price; her |
| 15 |
| daughter, Amy Price; her son, Steven (Veronica Alvarez) Price; |
| 16 |
| her stepdaughter, Kim (David) Edmister; her sister, Carolyn |
| 17 |
| Nolan; her brother, Robert "Bob" (Betsy Ann) Evans; her sister, |
| 18 |
| Nancy Evans; her grandchildren, Adrian, Nathaniel, Hunter, and |
| 19 |
| Trevor; and her stepgrandchildren, Austin and Skylar; |
| 20 |
| therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
| 22 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 23 |
| Patricia "Pat" Dickerson and extend our sincerest condolences |
| 24 |
| to her family, friends, and community; and be it further
|
| 25 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 26 |
| presented to her family as an expression of our deepest |
| 27 |
| sympathy.
