|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| learned with regret of the death of Helen T. Kendzior of North |
| 4 |
| Chicago on Tuesday, December 7, 2004; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, She was a devoted homemaker and member of Queen of |
| 6 |
| Peace (formerly Holy Rosary) Catholic Church; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Helen T. Kendzior has been deeply |
| 8 |
| felt by many, especially her brother, Frank (Marlene) Kraft; |
| 9 |
| her children, Carol (Ronald) Henkel, Janet Uttech, Betty |
| 10 |
| (Charles) Prusaitis, Stanley "Rocky" (Susan) Kendzior Jr., |
| 11 |
| Kathy Kendzior, and David Kendzior; and her grandchildren, |
| 12 |
| Jill, Greg, Stephen, Rock, Kirk, Brittany, Amaya, and Michaela; |
| 13 |
| she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley "Rocky" |
| 14 |
| Kendzior Sr., in 1989, and her brothers, George Kraft in 1997 |
| 15 |
| and Joseph Kraft in 2000; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
| 17 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 18 |
| Helen T. Kendzior, and we extend our sincerest condolences to |
| 19 |
| her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it |
| 20 |
| further
|
| 21 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 22 |
| presented to her family as an expression of our deepest |
| 23 |
| sympathy.
