| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| learned with sadness of the death of Julia Emma Rosing (nee |
| 4 |
| May) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, formerly of Libertyville, |
| 5 |
| on January 12, 2005; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, She was born April 12, 1905, in Ringwood and had |
| 7 |
| lived in Libertyville most of her life until moving to Colorado |
| 8 |
| in 1986; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, Mrs. Rosing was preceded in death by her husband, |
| 10 |
| Albert, in 1986; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Julia Emma Rosing is felt by all |
| 12 |
| who knew and loved her, especially her children, Alan (Belia) |
| 13 |
| Rosing, William (Marlene) Rosing, and Janet (Rex) Ellington; |
| 14 |
| and her 16 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; |
| 15 |
| therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
| 17 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 18 |
| Julia Emma Rosing and extend our heartfelt condolences to her |
| 19 |
| family; and be it further
|
| 20 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 21 |
| presented to her family as an expression of our deepest |
| 22 |
| sympathy.
