| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| learned with sadness of the death of Rose M. Quigley of |
| 4 |
| Waukegan on January 13, 2005; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, She was born December 10, 1946, in Waukegan; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, Mrs. Quigley was employed at the Great Lakes Naval |
| 7 |
| Base as support staff in accounting; she was a member of Queen |
| 8 |
| of Peace Church in North Chicago; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruth and |
| 10 |
| Robert Hough; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Rose M. Quigley is felt by all who |
| 12 |
| knew and loved her, especially her husband, Richard; her son, |
| 13 |
| Richard (Kathy); her granddaughters, Danielle, Christie, |
| 14 |
| Angela, and Sarah; her grandsons, Michael and Brandon; her |
| 15 |
| sisters, Ruth Ringstrom and Roberta (Steve) Rundall; and her |
| 16 |
| niece, Ashley, and nephews, Jeremiah, Eric, and Aaron; |
| 17 |
| therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
| 19 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 20 |
| Rose M. Quigley and extend our heartfelt condolences to her |
| 21 |
| family, friends, and community; and be it further
|
| 22 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 23 |
| presented to her family as an expression of our deepest |
| 24 |
| sympathy.
