| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| learned with sadness of the death of Virginia L. Kapraun of |
| 4 |
| Mulkeytown on Thursday, July 7, 2005; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, She was born on August 24, 1938, in Mulkeytown, to |
| 6 |
| Loren Ramsey and Grace Moyers; she was retired from MUMS; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Virginia L. Kapraun has been deeply |
| 8 |
| felt by many, especially her sons, Edward S. Hoskins, Gary L. |
| 9 |
| Hoskins, and Marty Dee Followell; her sisters, Ethna "Shorty" |
| 10 |
| Stuart and Lucille Dornan; and her brother, Stan Ramsey; she |
| 11 |
| was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers; |
| 12 |
| therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
| 14 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 15 |
| Virginia L. Kapraun, and we extend our deepest sympathy to her |
| 16 |
| family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it |
| 17 |
| further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 19 |
| presented to her family as an expression of our sincerest |
| 20 |
| condolences for their loss.
