| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |

| learned with sadness of the death of Frances Florence Jones of |
| 4 |
| Christopher on Saturday, July 9, 2005; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, She was born on September 24, 1933, in Chicago to |
| 6 |
| Anton and Florence (Bannach) Rajholec; she married James |
| 7 |
| Russell Jones Sr.; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, Mrs. Jones had worked at Christopher Dime Store |
| 9 |
| and was a member of Southside Baptist Church; she was baptized |
| 10 |
| December 27, 1992, and was an avid reader; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Frances Florence Jones has been |
| 12 |
| deeply felt by many, especially her children, James R. Jones |
| 13 |
| Jr., Vincent F. Jones, Anton L. Jones, and Gregory and Katrina |
| 14 |
| Jones; her grandchildren, Taylor Jones, Ryan and Felicia Jones, |
| 15 |
| Samantha Jones, and Amanda Jones; her great-grandchild, Mathew |
| 16 |
| Jones; her brothers and sisters, Stanley Rejholec, Lillian |
| 17 |
| Rozhon, Ruth Lizanby, Charles O'Donnell, James O'Donnell, and |
| 18 |
| Daniel O'Donnell; she was preceded in death by her parents, her |
| 19 |
| husband, and her brother, Melvin Rejholec; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 22 |
| Frances Florence Jones, and we extend our deepest sympathy to |
| 23 |
| her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it |
| 24 |
| further

| RESOLVED, That that a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 26 |
| presented to her family as an expression of our sincere |
| 27 |
| condolences.
