| SENATE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| learned with sadness of the death of Virginia Kapraun of |
| 4 |
| Mulkeytown on July 7, 2005; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Ms. Kapraun was born August 24, 1938, in |
| 6 |
| Mulkeytown, to Loren Ramsey and Grace Moyers; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, She was retired from MUMS; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents and three |
| 9 |
| brothers; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Virginia Kapraun is felt by all who |
| 11 |
| knew and loved her, especially her sons, Edward S. Hoskins and |
| 12 |
| Gary L. Hoskins; her daughter, Marty Dee Followell; her |
| 13 |
| sisters, Ethna "Shorty" Stuart and Lucille Dornan; and her |
| 14 |
| brother, Stan Ramsey; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
| 16 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 17 |
| Virginia Kapraun and extend our sincerest condolences to her |
| 18 |
| family and friends; and be it further
|
| 19 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 20 |
| presented to her family as an expression of our deepest |
| 21 |
| sympathy.
