| SENATE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| learned with regret of the death of Tadeusz "Ted" Molek of |
| 4 |
| North Chicago on Monday, January 24, 2005; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, He was born on June 15, 1925, in Horohow, Poland, |
| 6 |
| and had lived in North Chicago for the last 50 years; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Molek was a machine operator for Moscow Screw |
| 8 |
| Co. and Patton Screw Products until his retirement in 1994, and |
| 9 |
| was a member of the Polish National Alliance and the Polish |
| 10 |
| American Veterans; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Tadeusz "Ted" Molek has been deeply |
| 12 |
| felt by many, especially his wife of 22 years, Elizabeth (nee |
| 13 |
| Bukala); his brother, Stanley (Mary) Molek; his sister, Ceslawa |
| 14 |
| Maczla; and his many nieces and nephews; he was preceded in |
| 15 |
| death by his parents, Andrrzej and Anna, and one brother and |
| 16 |
| one sister; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
| 18 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 19 |
| Tadeusz "Ted" Molek, and we extend our sincere condolences to |
| 20 |
| his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
| 21 |
| further
|
| 22 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 23 |
| presented to his family as an expression of our deepest |
| 24 |
| sympathy.
