| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to express |
| 3 |
| their sincere condolences to the family and friends of Thresa |
| 4 |
| L. Urban, who passed away on October 7, 2005; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Thresa Urban was born on August 6, 1949, in |
| 6 |
| DuQuoin, to Billie and Wanda (Sigers) Walters; she married |
| 7 |
| Michael Scott Urban on July 11, 1984, in Murphysboro; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, Mrs. Urban was self-employed in the home health |
| 9 |
| care field; she was a registered nurse with a Bachelor of |
| 10 |
| Science Degree; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, Thresa Urban was an active member in her |
| 12 |
| community; she was a member of Zeigler First Christian Church, |
| 13 |
| Zeigler Fire Department First Responder team, Zeigler American |
| 14 |
| Legion, and Zeigler Eagles Club; and
|
| 15 |
| WHEREAS, Thresa Urban was preceded in death by her parents; |
| 16 |
| and
|
| 17 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Thresa L. Urban will be felt by all |
| 18 |
| who knew and loved her, especially her husband, Scott; her two |
| 19 |
| sons, Bobby (Ollie) Hogan and Joe Urban; her daughter, Teri |
| 20 |
| Urban; her four grandchildren, Felisha Hogan, Tasha Hogan, |
| 21 |
| Bobby Hogan Jr., and Amanda Hogan; her two brothers, Billy Don |
| 22 |
| Walters and Jim Walters; her three sisters, Melody Morefield, |
| 23 |
| Vickie Morton, and Dixie Walters; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |

| all who knew and loved her, the death of Thresa L. Urban; and |
