| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate were saddened |
| 3 |
| to learn of the death of William L. "Billy" Hughes of |
| 4 |
| Waltonville on October 19, 2005; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Billy Hughes was born on April 6, 1971 in |
| 6 |
| Springfield, Illinois to William W. and Geraldine M. (Tomazic) |
| 7 |
| Hughes; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, Billy Hughes was a member of the Egyptian Builders |
| 9 |
| and Organized Labor Together (EBOLT) Local 773, the Christian |
| 10 |
| Motorcyclists, and the Harley Owners Group (HOG); and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of William "Billy" Hughes has been |
| 12 |
| deeply felt by many, especially his parents; his daughters, |
| 13 |
| Kourtnie and Kalee Hughes; his stepdaughter, Hannah Forby; his |
| 14 |
| sisters, Tammy Roberts and Barbie (Carey) Dobbs; his brother, |
| 15 |
| Richard "Dicky" (Barbara) Brewer; his grandmother, Zelma |
| 16 |
| Tomazic; and his nieces and nephews, Samantha Brewer, Dustin |
| 17 |
| Brewer, Shelbi Roberts, Steven Roberts, Ryan Dobbs, Zachary |
| 18 |
| Dobbs, and Logan Dobbs; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 21 |
| William L. "Billy" Hughes, and we extend our sincere |
| 22 |
| condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved |
| 23 |
| him; and be it further
|

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 25 |
| presented to his family as an expression of our deepest |
| 26 |
| sympathy.
