|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| learned with sadness and regret of the death of Caden Robert |
| 4 |
| Cox of Eldorado on Saturday, November 26, 2005; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Caden was born on Wednesday, November 16, 2005, in |
| 6 |
| Newburgh, Indiana, to Donald and Lori (Edwards) Cox; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Caden Robert Cox has been deeply |
| 8 |
| felt by many, especially his parents, Donald and Lori (Edwards) |
| 9 |
| Cox; his brother, Christopher Cox; his paternal grandparents, |
| 10 |
| Robert E. and Dorothy Cox; and his extended family; he was |
| 11 |
| preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Patricia Miller |
| 12 |
| and Woody Edwards; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
| 14 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 15 |
| Caden Robert Cox, who was taken from this world at much too |
| 16 |
| young an age, and we extend our sincere condolences to his |
| 17 |
| parents, extended family, and all who knew and loved him; and |
| 18 |
| be it further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 20 |
| presented to his family as an expression of our deepest |
| 21 |
| sympathy.
