| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |

| learned with regret of the recent death of Helen Perry; and
|
| 4 |
| WHEREAS, Ms. Perry was a lifetime member of Maria SS |
| 5 |
| Lauretana of Altavilla Milicia and the past President of the |
| 6 |
| Stickney Township Seniors; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Helen Perry has been deeply felt by |
| 8 |
| many, especially her son, Lou (Pat) Chesla; her grandchildren, |
| 9 |
| Linda (Brian) Ernat, Larry (Amy) Chesla, and Tony (Ann Marie) |
| 10 |
| Chesla; her eight great-grandchildren; her siblings, Marie |
| 11 |
| Lombardo, Michael (Elaine) Lazzaro, Katherine (Robert) Huspek, |
| 12 |
| and Peter (Charlene) Lazzaro; and her many nieces, nephews, |
| 13 |
| great-nieces, and great-nephews; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 16 |
| Helen Perry, and we extend our sincere condolences to her |
| 17 |
| family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it |
| 18 |
| further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 20 |
| presented to her family as an expression of our deepest |

| sympathy.
