| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| wish to express their sincere condolences to the family and |
| 4 |
| friends of Brian W. Walker of Herrin, who passed away on |
| 5 |
| September 24, 2006; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, He was born on October 27, 1967, in Centralia to |
| 7 |
| Robert Wayne "Sonny" and Jean Ellen (Stubblefield) Walker; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, He worked as a glass glazer for Universal Glass |
| 9 |
| Company in Carbondale; he was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan |
| 10 |
| and enjoyed listening to music, watching movies, and playing |
| 11 |
| cards; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, He was a fun loving person, who enjoyed spending |
| 13 |
| time with his family and friends; and
|
| 14 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Brian W. Walker has been deeply |
| 15 |
| felt by many, especially his son, Daylon Walker; his daughter, |
| 16 |
| Sunnie Lyn Walker; his mother, Jean Walker and Roy Waide; his |
| 17 |
| sister, Robin Jones; his girlfriend, Jessica Polivick; his |
| 18 |
| niece, Rebecca Jones; his aunts and uncles, Sandra and Robert |
| 19 |
| Congiardo, Mary Kimerling, Margaret and Ernie Robnett, and Bill |
| 20 |
| Stubblefield; his extended family of, Larry Webb, Tom Reilly, |
| 21 |
| Renita and Jacob Webb; and many other aunts and uncles; he was |
| 22 |
| preceded in death by his father and grandparents; therefore, be |

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |

| Brian W. Walker, and we extend our sincere condolences to his |

| family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
