| SENATE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to send |
| 3 |
| their sincere condolences to the family of Lance Corporal |
| 4 |
| Joshua Hines, who recently passed away; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Lance Corporal Hines was killed in action |
| 6 |
| conducting combat operations in Iraq; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, He joined the Marine Corps in June of 2004; he was |
| 8 |
| stationed with Company K 3rd Battalion, 24th Marines, 4th |
| 9 |
| Marine Division based out of Terre Haute, Indiana; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, He married Caryn R. Felkamp on February 25, 2006; |
| 11 |
| he was the proud father of Rylie Joshua Hines; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, Lance Corporal Joshua Hines will be remembered for |
| 13 |
| his dedication to this country; he is survived by his wife and |
| 14 |
| son; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
| 16 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the death of |
| 17 |
| Lance Corporal Joshua Hines; and be it further
|
| 18 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 19 |
| presented to the family of Joshua Hines.
