Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that it is unlawful for a child sex offender to knowingly operate, manage, be employed by, volunteer at, or be associated with any carnival, circus, street fair, or public festival when persons under the age of 18 are present.

House Amendment No. 1
Provides that it is unlawful for a child sex offender to knowingly operate, manage, be employed by, or be associated with any county fair when persons under the age of 18 are present (rather than knowingly operate, manage, be employed by, volunteer at, or be associated with any carnival, circus, street fair, or public festival when persons under 18 are present).
