Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

House Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:

Adds reference to:
55 ILCS 5/5-1129 new
65 ILCS 5/11-5.3-2 new

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Counties Code and the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that a county or a municipality may impose a fee against persons making false alarms. Defines "alarm" and "false alarm".

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:

65 ILCS 5/11-5.3-2 new
Adds reference to:
55 ILCS 85/4from Ch. 34, par. 7004
765 ILCS 205/9from Ch. 109, par. 9

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Provides that the corporate authorities of Will County may, by ordinance, propose the establishment of an economic development project area. Provides that the project area shall include an intermodal terminal facility. Provides that certain zoning requirements and Plat Act requirements do not apply to the project area. Amends the Plat Act to make conforming changes. Effective immediately.
