 Fiscal Note (Dept. of Revenue)
Assuming that 1% to 2% of all persons admitted to riverboat enter the same riverboat more than one time per day. Balanced Budget Note (Governor's Office of Mgmt & Budget)
SB 262, if enacted into law, will lead to an unbalanced proposed Fiscal Year 2008 budget. The Department of Revenue estimates a loss of revenue between $317,000 and $634,000 annually.
