| on page 184, line 25, by replacing "3" with "4"; and

| on page 185, immediately below line 19, by inserting the |

| following: |

| "(4) One license issued under this subsection (e-5) |
| 8 |
| shall authorize its holder to conduct riverboat gambling |
| 9 |
| operations from a home dock located in the largest |
| 10 |
| municipality in Winnebago County.".
