    ""Designated diabetes care aide" means a school employee

designated by the principal, including without limitation a

teacher's aide, a personal aide, a case manager, or another

volunteer school employee, who is trained in diabetes care and 
11
assists students with diabetes care."; and

on page 3, lines 3 and 4, by deleting "that is completed by the 
13
parent or guardian of a student with diabetes,"; and

on page 3, lines 6 and 7, by deleting ", and that is signed by
