| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 182 on page 3, line |

| 6, after the period, by inserting the following: |

| "From the appropriation for the purposes of this Act, the |
| 5 |
| University of Illinois at Chicago and Southern Illinois |
| 6 |
| University shall negotiate, with agencies providing |
| 7 |
| supervision for forensic psychiatric fellows, the |
| 8 |
| reimbursement of the marginal costs associated with that |
| 9 |
| supervision, unless the University of Illinois at Chicago or |
| 10 |
| Southern Illinois University is providing the supervision. |
| 11 |
| Agencies providing supervision to more than one forensic |
| 12 |
| psychiatric fellow may aggregate these marginal costs.".
