Appropriates $75,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for a pilot program to make women's self-preservation classes part of the high school curriculum. Effective July 1, 2007.

$ISBE-WOMEN'S SELF-PRESERV

 

 

 

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

     Section 5.  The amount of $75,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for a pilot program to make women's self-preservation classes part of the high school curriculum.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2007.
