| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 429, AS AMENDED, |

| with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. |

| 2, on page 29, by deleting lines 16 through 23 and replacing it |

| with the following: |

| "(r) A winery shipper's license shall allow a person with a |
| 7 |
| first-class or second-class wine manufacturer's license, a |
| 8 |
| first-class or second-class wine-maker's license, a limited |
| 9 |
| wine manufacturer's license, or who is licensed to make wine |
| 10 |
| under the laws of another state or is licensed as a retailer or |
| 11 |
| a wine retailer under the laws of another state to ship wine |
| 12 |
| made or sold by the licensee directly to a resident of this |
| 13 |
| State who is 21 years of age or older for that resident's |
| 14 |
| personal use and not for resale, provided that the Commission |
| 15 |
| may restrict the number of licenses for retailers and wine |
| 16 |
