In addition to any amounts previously appropriated for that purpose, appropriates $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for youth programs.  Effective immediately.

BALANCED BUDGET NOTE ACT MAY APPLY

$DHS-YOUTH PROGRAMS

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

     Section 5.  In addition to any amounts previously appropriated for that purpose, the sum of $5,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for youth programs.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
