| 18, immediately after "carrier" by inserting: |

| ", other than a prepaid wireless carrier that provides zip code |

| information based upon the addresses associated with its |
| 6 |
| customers' points of purchase, customers' billing addresses, |
| 7 |
| or locations associated with MTNs, as described in subsection |
| 8 |
| (a) of Section 17,"; and
|
| 9 |
| on page 8, line 11, immediately after "(c)" by inserting: |
| 10 |
| "or any prepaid wireless carrier that fails to provide zip code |
| 11 |
| information based upon the addresses associated with its |
| 12 |
| customers' points of purchase, customers' billing addresses, |
| 13 |
| or locations associated with MTNs, as described in subsection |
| 14 |
| (a) of this Section,"; and
|
| 15 |
| on page 13, line 13, by replacing "2018" with "2013".
