    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 473  on page 2, by

replacing lines 12 and 13 with the following:

        "$25,000;
5
            (C) does not include moneys received by a retailer 
6
        serving as a vendor as part of a reimbursement-only 
7
        program for goods and services through the Department 
8
        of Children and Family Services, the Department of 
9
        Human Services, the Department of Healthcare and 
10
        Family Services, the Department of Public Health, the 
11
        Department on Aging, or any of their successor 
12
        agencies; and
13
            (D) before October 1, 2008, does not include 
14
        credit".
