| "(6) A person who is licensed as a residential building |

| contractor or licensed in a similar profession, as |

| determined by the Department, by a municipality engaged in |
| 9 |
| the licensure of residential building contractors or |
| 10 |
| similar persons before the effective date of this Act and |
| 11 |
| who practices the profession within that municipality.".
