immediately below line 12, by inserting the following:

        "(8) Any person exempted from licensure under item (3)

    of subsection (a) of Section 4 of the Medical Practice Act 
6
    of 1987 and subsection (e) of Section 5-15 of the Nursing 
7
    and Advanced Practice Nursing Act.".
