with reference to page and line numbers of Senate  Amendment No.

on page 11, by replacing lines 19 through 23 with the

following:

"purchase of cigarette tax stamps on or after September 1, 2007

or on the first due date of a return under this Act occurring 
9
on or after September 1, 2007, whichever occurs first."; and

on page 16, by replacing lines 6 through 10 with the following:

"first makes a purchase of cigarette tax stamps on or after 
12
September 1, 2007 or on the first due date of a return under 
13
this Act occurring on or after September 1, 2007, whichever 
14
occurs first.".
