AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 811

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 811 as follows:

on page 3, by replacing lines 8 through 11 with the following:

"terminate outside Illinois. The exemption for motor vehicles

5
used as rolling stock moving in interstate commerce may be

6
claimed only for the following vehicles: (i) motor vehicles 
7
whose gross vehicle weight
rating exceeds 16,000 pounds; and 
8
(ii) limousines, as defined in Section 1-139.1 of the Illinois 
9
Vehicle Code. This definition applies to all"; and
 
10
on page 8, by replacing lines 7 through 10 with the following:
