| 3 | on page 1, by replacing lines 11 and 12 with the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "collector, and if the county treasurer determines, by | ||||||
| 5 | reviewing documents filed with the county clerk under Section 3 | ||||||
| 6 | of this Act, that the public officer has failed to comply | ||||||
| 7 | with"; and | ||||||
| 8 | on page 1, line 15, by deleting "the county clerk has verified | ||||||
| 9 | that".
