Appropriates $10,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for grants and related expenses targeted for diabetes and other medical conditions with disparate impact on the Hispanic/Latino community. Effective July 1, 2007.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $10,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for grants and related expenses targeted for diabetes and other medical conditions with disparate impact on the Hispanic/Latino community.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2007.
