| AN ACT concerning gaming.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Bingo License and Tax Act is amended by |
5 |
| changing Section 4.2 as follows:
|

| (230 ILCS 25/4.2) (from Ch. 120, par. 1104.2)
|

| Sec. 4.2. Any person or organization which provides |
8 |
| premises for the
the
conduct of bingo without first obtaining a |
9 |
| license or a special provider's
permit to do so, or having a |
10 |
| provider's license or a special provider's
permit allows |
11 |
| unlicensed organizations to conduct bingo on his premises,
or |
12 |
| allows any form of illegal gambling to be conducted on the |
13 |
| premises where
bingo is being played shall, in addition to |
14 |
| other penalties provided, be
subject to a civil penalty of |
15 |
| $5,000. |
