line 15, by replacing "Act." with "Act, and that involved the

on page 17, line 13, by replacing "Act." with "Act, and that

involved the operation or use of a motor vehicle or the use of

a driver's license or permit."; and

on page 31, line 25, after "(10),", by inserting "and that the
