| with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment |

| No.1, on page 3, by replacing lines 1 through 5 with the |

| "protection district, or owned by the chief of the fire |

| department or the chief's first deputy officer, if (i) the |

| chief or the chief's first deputy officer is authorized by the |

| corporate authorities of the municipality or fire protection |

| district to use the vehicle as an emergency response vehicle |

| and (ii) the fire department does not provide a vehicle for the |
