| AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1259

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1259 on page 3, by |

| replacing lines 18 through 20 with the following: |

| "for the purposes of this Act. Up to 18 Board members may be |
| 5 |
| appointed from the following vital sectors:"; and

| on page 5, by replacing line 12 with the following: |
| 7 |
| "(c) One third of the initial appointees shall serve for 2 |
| 8 |
| years, one third shall serve for 3 years, and one third shall |
| 9 |
| serve for 4 years, as determined by lot. Subsequent appointees |
| 10 |
| shall serve terms of 5 years. |
| 11 |
| (d) The Board shall create a 3-year to 5-year".
