replacing lines 5 and 6 with the following:

"changing Sections 8, 22, 30, 46, 51, and 70 as follows:"; and

on page 1, by deleting lines 7 through 23; and

on page 2, by deleting lines 1 through 22; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 17 through 20 with the following:
