    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1301 as follows:

on page 4, lines 5 and 6, by replacing "regardless of the age

of the residents" with "including the option to serve residents 
5
under the age of 60"; and

on page 4, line 11, after "residents." by inserting "The Office 
7
and designated regional programs may represent all residents, 
8
but are not required by this Act to represent persons under 60 
9
years of age, except to the extent required by federal law."; 
10
and
 
11
on page 4, line 15, after "Department of Human Services" by 
12
inserting "and other State agencies"; and
 
13
on page 4, line 20, after "potential) of" by inserting "the 
14
residents they serve, including children,"; and
