AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1496

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1496, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of Senate  Amendment No. 
4
2, on page 5, immediately below line 12, by inserting the 
5
following:

        "(g)  The State may cancel a Management and Concession 
7
    Agreement if the Concessionaire, or any executive employee 
8
    of the Concessionaire, is found guilty of any criminal 
9
    offense related to the conduct of its business or the 
10
    regulation thereof in any jurisdiction.  An executive 
11
    employee shall be defined as the President, Chairman, Chief 
12
    Executive Officer, or other employee with executive 
13
    decision-making authority over the long-term and 
14
    day-to-day affairs of the entity employing the employee, or 
15
    an employee whose compensation is determined directly, in 
16
    whole or in part, by the award or payment of contracts by a 
17
    State agency to the entity employing the employee.".
