    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1496, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.

2, on page 3, line 20, after "$10,000,000,000", by inserting ", 
5
with no less than $5,000,000,000 delivered on the date the 
6
Management and Concession Agreement becomes effective and the 
7
remaining amounts delivered within 2 years thereafter"; and

on page 8, by replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
9
"deposited 70% into the Illinois Works Fund and 30% into the 
10
Illinois Education Trust Fund in an amount not to exceed 
11
$10,000,000,000, (ii) all proceeds of the Concession"; and
 
12
on page 8, line 5, by replacing "$7,000,000,000" with 
13
"$10,000,000,000".
