| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1752 on page 4, in | ||||||
| 3 | line 2 by inserting after the period the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "The increase provided by this amendatory Act of the 95th | ||||||
| 5 | General Assembly must be used to increase each judge's | ||||||
| 6 | compensation and may not be used by the election authority or | ||||||
| 7 | election jurisdiction to reduce its portion of a judge's | ||||||
| 8 | compensation.".
