AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1775

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1775 by replacing

lines 20 through 23 on page 1 and lines 1 through 4 on page 2 
4
with the following:
5
        "(2) that the establishment is under the supervision of 
6
    a full-time director who is at least 21 years of age and 
7
    has a high school diploma or equivalent plus either:
8
            (A) 2 years of management experience in health 
9
        care, housing, or hospitality or providing similar 
10
        services to the elderly; or
11
            (B) 2 years of practical experience in health care, 
12
        housing, or hospitality or providing similar services 
13
        to the elderly
with ability,".
