    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1775 by replacing 
3
lines 20 through 23 on page 1 and lines 1 through 4 on page 2 
4
with the following:
5
        "(2) that the establishment is under the supervision of 
6
    a full-time director who is at least 21 years of age and 
7
    has a high school diploma or equivalent plus either:
8
            (A) 2 years of management experience or 2 years of 
9
        experience in positions of progressive responsibility 
10
        in health care, housing with services, or adult day 
11
        care or providing similar services to the elderly; or
12
            (B) 2 years of management experience or 2 years of 
13
        experience in positions of progressive responsibility 
14
        in hospitality and training in health care and housing 
15
        with services management as defined by rule
with 
16
        ability,".
